一年ぶりぐらいにロック解除コードを手に入れたので解除してみました。
その際にすごく手間取ったのでメモを残しておきます。
- まずはUNLOCKコードを用意する。
- Nokia208の電源を入れる
- “Enter access control code”.と出るので次の文字を入れる
#pw+<unlockコード>+1#
例)unlockコードが「123456789012345678901」だった場合は
#pw+123456789012345678901+1# - あとはOKを押せば解除完了
画面に出てた手順がわかりずらかったです。。。
蛇足：以下が解除した際に出てた手順
This procedure unlocks the handset from being network restricted to SIM cards from Vodafone Australia. In case of difficulties, please refer to the FAQ’s listed below:
1. Take note of the unlocking code shown above. This is the 20 digit code above these instructions.
2. Insert a SIM card from a non-Vodafone Australia provider.
3. Turn on your phone.
Optional Step: If the SIM card has a PIN enabled, device displays “SIM/RUIM card is locked. – Emergency calls only” where you need to enter your PIN number. (See FAQ below).
4. Once the handset is powered up, the handset will then display “Enter access control code”.
5. Enter the unlock code at the prompt as follows:
#pw+ followed by the 20-digit unlocking code then +1#
To enter p press the * (star) key three times
To enter w press the * (star) key four times
To enter + press the * (star) key two times
d) The handset will then display “Phone Access Control Off”
After the handset has successfully unlocked, you should now be able to make and receive calls with the Non-Vodafone Australia SIM card. (You will need reception and phone credit with the different network provider)
