Nokia UKから返信きた!

壊れたLumia800の修理をどうすればいいのかをNokiaUKへ昨日問い合わせたら早速返事が来ていました。

下記のようなメール内容でした。

We apologise for the inconveniece. We understand that you want to send your Nokia Lumia 800 for repair. However, upon checking on our system that you are currently locating in Japan hence the device was purchased in United Kingdom. We are more than happy to assist you. In response to your concern, for you to avail the warranty of your handset, kindly send the device in United Kingdom by means of sending your handset to a friend or relatives in the said country (UK).

We appreciate your cooperation with us.

We would greatly appreciate if you could respond to this email as soon as possible as this would greatly affect the early resolution of your case. Should there be a chance that we fail to hear from you within 5 business days, we will deem the provided resolution as accepted and a customer satisfaction survey will be sent accordingly.

We are looking forward to your response.

どうやらイギリスにいる友人か親戚に一度送ってそこからNokiaに送ってね、ってことらしい。

・・・・イギリスに親戚どころか友人すらいないんだが。

ということで日本から送っちゃだめか聞いてみますか。

しかし、早い対応でいいね。

どこぞのメーカーの日本法人(某EA)は自動返信される「受け付けました」ってメールしかこなかったことあったし。
